9th Annual Service of Commemoration and Hope “Hope is at the Heart of our Homes” – 12th October @ 7pm St. Augustinian’s Church, O’Connell St.

Importance of Limerick Mental Health Week

Annually we organise a Service of Commemoration and Hope to remember loved ones that have lost their lives through substance misuse and to offer support to the families left behind. The event is also an occasion to offer hope to families where addiction is present, that their loved one will gain sobriety.

This year, our 9th Annual Service of Commemoration and Hope will take place during Limerick Mental Health Week 2017 and in doing so we are hoping to shed light on the links between ill mental health and addiction and how both issues can often times go hand in hand and to highlight the struggles that it can raise for families trying to cope.
