What a fantastic Bank Holiday Weekend!
The Limerick Mental Health Association team had a busy and rewarding few days out and about across Limerick!
Sunday at the Limerick Harvest Festival was a wonderful day filled with community spirit, great conversations, and plenty of smiles. Huge thanks to the organisers such a fun and welcoming event, it was great to be part of it!
Also on Sunday, we were delighted to be the chosen charity at Cars and Coffee Limerick. A big thank you to the organisers and everyone who supported us on the day, your kindness and generosity mean so much!
Finally, on Monday, we joined the Farm Safety, Security & Wellbeing Event at Kilmallock Mart alongside Limerick Gardaí. This was such an important and much-needed event for our rural communities, promoting awareness, connection, and wellbeing in the farming sector.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported, or shared a chat with us over the weekend. Community connection is what it’s all about.
