Join Urvi for mindful painting, every Monday at 3-4pm at LMHA! All materials are provided, along with Urvi’s passion for using creativity to support well-being.
Getting creative and using our hands is a very therapeutic way to express ourselves and our emotions. Painting enhances focus, can act as a mindfulness technique and help reveal underlying feelings.
Urvi provides painting prompts for inspiration as well as gentle guidance, but the experience can be whatever you make it!
Just bring along your ideas, and forget your worries through the calming process of painting!

- Friendly Folks: Our instructors are calm and friendly. They’re not here to lecture you; they’re here to help you unleash your inner artist.
- Try It All: We’re all about variety! Explore drawing and painting. Try a little bit of everything!
- All Are Welcome: Artistically challenged or a pro doodler – we love having everyone join us. No judgment here!
- We’ve Got the Goods: We’ve stocked up on art supplies, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own. Just bring your enthusiasm!
