LMHA is delighted to announce our 2nd Annual Business Breakfast Fundraiser taking place on the 16th May. We will host an interactive panel, discussing mental health and leadership in the workplace.

Time: 7am-9am
Venue: Castletroy Park Hotel, Dublin Road, Limerick

The discussion will flow between sport, business, volunteering and the importance of positive mental health within the emerging workforce.

Guest speakers

Keith Wood

Keith has had a very successful international rugby career. He won International rugby player of the year in 2001, and IRFU hall of fame in 2005. He retired in 2004 and is now a part of the International Rugby Hall of Fame and the IRB Hall of Fame. Keith will offer his professional perspective on how leadership and management can best support mental health in the workplace.

Jim Flanagan

Jim is a TikTok influencer with a passion for sports, comedy and mental health. Since beginning his profile in lockdown 2020, he has gained a following of 300k for his comedic and sporty content. On his social media pages, Jim advocates for positive mental health, shares his personal experiences and promotes positivity. Jim will bring a mental health perspective from the younger generation in the emerging workforce. He will also offer the unique perspective of somebody whose online presence acts as his work and income, and how this affects the promotion of positive mental health.

Nicole Cronin

Nicole Cronin is a native Limerick women who currently plays for UL Bohemian RFC. She has represented Ireland internationally in both XVs and 7s formats. She captained the Munster side which secured bonus-point wins against all three provinces in the 2022/2023 Women’s Interprovincial Championship. Nicole will provide her personal perspective on how positive mental health can be maintained in the sport world and demanding work environments.
