Rory O’Connor is a comedian who has amassed over 1.2 million followers and 2 billion video views across his social media channels, Rory’s Stories.
His success has translated beyond stand-up comedy, in becoming a four-time bestselling author, public speaker and even on more traditional platforms, with Rory starring in RTE One’s hit shows “Gaelic in the Joy” & “Ultimate Hell Week- The Professionals”
Rory is a mental health advocate and is passionate about helping people. He has shared his own personal journey and struggles with mental health to tens of thousands of people in the hope to uplift, inspire and bring positive change.

Michael John Norton: Author, Lecturer & Mental Health Advocate

Michael John Norton is an early career researcher currently studying for both a PhD in recovery in RCSI and a Doctorate of Social Science examining evidence-based practice in Maynooth University. He previously worked for the HSE as an Engagement and Recovery Programme Lead where he had responsibility for the development of peer support, family recovery, as well as the co-production of the next iteration of ‘A National Framework for Recovery in Mental Health.’
Additionally, within his role, he also led on the implementation of a number of ‘Sharing the Vision’ recommendations. Michael is an established author with 37 publications relating to peer support, co-production, mental health and recovery.
He is also the author of ‘Co-Production in Mental Health: Implementing Policy into Practice’ and more recently, editor of ‘Different Diagnoses, Similar Experiences: Narratives of Mental Health, Addiction Recovery and Dual Diagnosis.’
Julie Palcic: Founder of The Digital Human


Founder of The Digital Human. Julie Palcic’s career started in tech, where she worked at a number of major companies including Symantec, Veritas, and Dell for over 15 years. In late 2023, she founded The Digital Human, a business advocating for digital wellness to support individual’s mental health. In 2024, The Digital Human benefited from the support of Social Entrepreneurs Ireland by being selected for two of their nationwide programs. Julie’s extensive corporate background is complemented by her academic achievements, which include a Bachelor of Arts degree from UL and a Grad. Dip. in Data Analytics from UCD. She is also due to qualify as a psychotherapist with PCI College in the Summer 2025.
Using her unique blend of expertise, Julie’s talks are a compelling invitation to reflect on the broader impact of technology in our lives and a call to collectively work toward a more mindful relationship with our devices.

Patricia Insley: Founder of Holistic Healing Therapies

Patricia holds a BSc from the University of Limerick and has 10 years of experience in the electronics and automotive industries, where she held engineering and plant management roles. After experiencing the toll of stress on her health, Patricia became passionate about complementary therapies and their benefits.
In 2005, she founded Holistic Healing Therapies, offering a range of therapies, including Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, and Accunect. Patricia’s focus is on helping clients restore balance, reduce stress, and activate their body’s natural healing abilities. She also teaches Accunect courses due to its profound impact on her clients.
