  • Togetherall is a safe, online community where people support each other anonymously to improve mental health and wellbeing. It is moderated 24/7 by fully trained mental health professional
  • Text about it is anonymous, free and open 24/7. Text HELLO to 50808

    Pieta provide a professional one-to-one therapeutic service to people who are in suicidal distress, those who engage in self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide. All of our services are provided free of charge and no referral is needed.
