Lisa is a breathwork and meditation coach who, through her own business, offers somatic coaching and yoga to aid anxiety, depression, addiction and trauma. This breathwork class helps users to focus their thoughts on the present moment through grounded movement, mindful observation and meditation and breathing practices.
