On the 7th March, LMHA and the Parkway Shopping Centre held a Mental Health Day in the shopping centre. We held information stands alongside Haven Hub, Grow, Limerick Youth Service and Body Tree, and together we provided mental health signposting to help people navigate the intricate world of mental health services.
