This April we have a wide variety of courses available to the public inlcuding mindfulness, dance, art and music therapy, aimed at promoting positive mental health and wellbeing. What’s on at LMHA this Feb – As well as our ongoing programmes we will be launching new classes and programmes from meditation to crystal healing this month. We have also listened to our service users and we have now started 2 seperate mindfulness classes, one online on a Wed evening and the other in-house on Mon mornings.
